Form & Documents
Procure and complete the standardized enrollment dossier. Attach verified duplicates of previous academic progress cards, birth certificate, and TC.

Friendly informal conversation for primary children, or diagnostic baseline guidance for high school subjects and junior college stream allotment.
Final Enrollment
Confirmation of registration through tuition fee deposit receipt, student admission roll issuance, textbook list distribution, and batch allocation.
Eligibility Guidelines
Age thresholds and prerequisite qualifications established under the regulations of the Maharashtra State Directorate of Education:
Shri Mallikarjun Balak Mandir
Nursery / LKG / UKG: Candidate must complete a minimum of 3 years of age as per Maharashtra State cut-off criteria for foundational nursery entry.
Shri Mallikarjun Highschool (Std 5th to 10th)
Standard 5th Entry: Satisfactory completion of 4th Standard primary schooling. Secondary transfers require a verified Transfer Certificate (TC/LC) and original mark cards.
Rakhmabai Hatture Jr. College (11th & 12th)
Science / Commerce / Arts: Successful qualification in Maharashtra State SSC 10th Board Examinations, CBSE, ICSE, or equivalent recognized national board.
Mandatory Verification Checklist
Submit original certificates for physical verification along with 2 complete sets of self-attested photocopies:
- Original Birth Certificate (issued by Municipal Corporation / Gram Panchayat for Primary entries)
- Original School Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate (countersigned by Education Inspector where applicable)
- Attested copy of previous class Marks Card / Cumulative Academic Record
- Government Identity Document copy of the student and parent/guardian [Identity Redacted]
- Caste Certificate and Caste Validity Document (if claiming category benefits / EBC concession)
- 4 recent passport-size color photographs of the student

Regulated Tuition
Academic fee tariffs are strictly determined in accordance with the Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fee) Act and ratified by the Executive PTA.
Installment Facilities
Parents can pay annual fees across term installments (Term 1 & Term 2) via secure digital UPI, net-banking, or Demand Draft to avoid single lump-sum burdens.
